AREAS OF USE
Carbon dioxide CO2 and Hydrogen H2S gases found in water in the system cause excessive corrosion (melting, perforation). Deaerator systems are used to remove these gases from the system.
Deaerator systems consist of two parts: tank and tower.
For the removal of these gases in the water; water enters the system from the distribution diffuser at the top of the deaerator. Water is filtered downwards by contacting the raching rings filled in the upper tower of the deaerator. During this process, air provided by the deaerator fan is given from bottom to top to ensure contact of the water with the air. Air takes the dissolved gases in the water and evaporates them. Thus, the gases in the water are removed with the reverse flow principle. The purified water is stored in the tank, which is the lower part of the deaerator.
Chemical Degasser Systems
All of our deaerator systems are manufactured from PPH and HDPE materials in the requested dimensions and details.
