 It is a fact that harmful gases and odors resulting from the activities of industrial facilities and businesses negatively affect human and environmental health.
 The system established to eliminate these emissions and odors is the gas purification system.

 Process → Gas Absorption → It works by absorption method from the bulk gas phase to the liquid phase.
 The main principle in scrubber operation is the washing of waste gases under "raching" rings.
 The system utilizes the feature of gases being absorbed in liquids. The gas, which is taken from the environment by the suction fan and forced to rise up through the "raching" rings, is broken down when it encounters the water coming down through the "raching" rings by the force of gravity and the sprinkler system, and is compared to the maximum possible surface in the liquid phase.
 The gases coming out of the scrubber chimney have now lost their polluting properties. However, the liquid phase has turned into acid. It is extremely corrosive due to the effect of temperature and solution concentration.
 In this case, in order to increase the durability of the system and to reduce the saturation of the liquid phase in the gas absorption process, the pH value is increased so that the liquid phase is neutral and basic in the cycle (dosing).
 For the efficiency of gas absorption in the scrubber, gas velocity, filtering length and liquid phase flow rate must be proportional.
 The exhaust fan flow rate should be selected to overcome the flow rate of the waste gases and the pressure should be selected to overcome the pressure inside the filter. Operating costs are low, maintenance is easy and water consumption is low.
 All components that make up the scrubber unit are manufactured from polypropylene and polyethylene materials with high chemical resistance, ensuring long-term operation against the corrosive effects of chemicals.
 The necessary hoods, dosing tanks, air duct systems, aspirators, air cleaning, smoke elimination systems and components for such facilities are designed and delivered on a turnkey basis.
