XZS100-80-125/75 stainless steel standard centrifugal pumps are a multifunctional product range with a wide range of applications. They can transport various media such as water or industrial liquids at different temperatures, flow rates and pressure ranges. They are generally used in the following types of applications.

  • Water source: Filtration applications in water works, water transportation and underground water transmission applications, main pipe pressurization studies
  • Industrial pressurization: flow wetting system, cleaning system
  • Industrial liquid transfer: Heating water source, condensing system, air conditioning and cooling and heating systems, machine tool support fluid, light acid and alkali transport
  • Water treatment: Distilled water system or separator, swimming pool, etc. Agricultural irrigation, petrochemical industry, medical and sanitation applications, etc.

XZS100-80-125/75 Stainless Steel Pump Installation Requirements

The pump and shaft sections of XZS100-80-125/75 stainless steel standard centrifugal pumps are directly connected. The units consist of a pump, a pump shaft and a standard motor.

  • The pump must be installed on the ventilation and antifreeze equipment.
  • The pump must be installed in such a way that the pump is not affected by the pressure on the pipeline.
  • Sufficient space must be left around the pump unit to allow proper inspection and maintenance.
  • Electrical installation must be made in a way that prevents the pump from being damaged by situations such as phase loss, unbalanced voltage, current leakage and overload.
  • The pump should be placed horizontally on the ground. The horizontal direction is the inlet direction of the pump and the vertical direction is the outlet direction.
